Your customers decide how they would like to pay you, and the funds are deposited directly into your account.

  1. Access to Autobooks is easy.  After logging into Digital Banking, you will see the tile called Accept Online Payments.
  2. Choose either Send an Invoice or Accept a Payment to begin the enrollment process.
  3. After accepting the Terms and Conditions, you will be asked to answer a few short questions about your business before getting started. Transaction processing rates are based on payment type.*
  4. Once your information is confirmed, you will see the full Invoicing and Payment Form Functionality.**
  5. To unlock the full version of Autobooks, you will have the option to upgrade and add additional Accounting and Reporting features from the Accounting tab.  Features include: financial reporting, advanced journal entries, and links to third party accounts.***

*Card-based payments will incur a 3.49% fee and a 1.00% fee for ACH payments.
**Subject to Autobooks approval.
***Monthly fee of $10 per month, per account enrolled in Autobooks will be charged for those opting into the Autobooks Accounting and Reporting feature.

Customers can pay you with any major credit card, debit card, or through electronic bank transfer. When you enroll, you will receive your unique and secure payment form link. This link can be shared with customers for payments to be made electronically.

The daily cutoff for payment acceptance is 6:00PM ET. Payments will settle directly to your business bank account within 1-3 business days. NOTE: Every day is a business day except Saturdays, Sundays and Federal Holidays.
